My order got here way faster than I expected. i was surprised by how quick the shipping was.

I ordered from otmessentials.com and ended up sending one item back because it just wasn’t what I thought it would be. Meh.

The return process itself wasn’t confusing or anything, but I did have to wait a few days to hear back at times. The refund showed up after about two weeks, which felt longer than I expected. Annoying.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not exactly smooth either. I might order again, but probably only if I’m really sure about what I’m getting. Fair...

Support did reply to me, but it actually took a little longer than I expected. Not a huge issue, just wish the response had been a bit quicker

I wasn’t really sure what to expect when it was delivered, since sometimes boxes get banged up in transit. I brought it inside, checked it over, and after opening it up everything looked fine. The packaging was solid, and the box arrived in good shape.

I tried it out hoping it would feel like a better deal, but after using it, it just felt average for what I paid. The price isn’t bad, and I wouldn’t say I’m disappointed exactly, but I did expect a little more value overall. It’s okay, just not something that stood out to me.

I got device protection through here, and the setup was easy. My phone feels covered and I haven’t had any issues so far. The only annoying part was that some of the communication wasn’t very clear, so I had to double-check a few things myself...

I was a little unsure if the parts from otmessentials.com were going to fit my gear, mostly because I’ve had bad luck ordering stuff like this before. My brother has a similar setup and even he told me to double-check everything first.

I went through the compatibility notes before ordering, and to my surprise, they were spot on. Everything lined up cleanly with no weird gaps, no forcing, and no messing around trying to make it work.
I’ve been using it for a couple of days now, and it’s stayed in place without any issues. It’s always nice when something just fits and does what it’s supposed to, so I’m happy with it

It works fine overall, but the material feels kinda cheaper than I expected. Not terrible, just not as nice as I was hoping...

It looks okay enough, honestly. The design isn’t bad, but it didn’t really wow me or make me feel excited. It’s kind of average and just feels like something that gets the job done without much personality...

I’ve been using this every day and it still looks good and works just fine. my only complaint is my own bad timing, I should’ve gotten it sooner instead of waiting
